Freedom! Atleast for a little while ;)

So what exactly have I been doing lately you ask? Well first, I just wrapped up Legally Blonde the Musical!

I'm finally free of rehearsals and shows!! Not that I didn't love every minute of it! It was a FANTASTIC show and I'm so thankful that I was able to perform as Elle Woods (one of my favorite characters) in my favorite show! I'm just so exhausted from rehearsing night after night, and then performing show after show! The life of a Broadway performer used to interest me greatly, but now I'm happy to just be a CharACTers performer. Two weeks of shows instead of two years or longer is "So Much Better!" My sweetie isn't resting though. He's already in full swing working on his next production, Titanic the Musical. I think I'll sit this one out :)

I also made a few cakes since we last spoke!

Oh! I also got to take home my pink desk that was used in Legally Blonde! I'm going to make this my new project! It's already pink (FAV color) so now I just have to work on making it suitable to be my new sewing table. I found a really good tutorial on Pinterest so now I just have to get to work!

Here's a pic of the desk, as it is now, from the show. I'll post my progress as I near the finish line of completing it.

Now that I am free of rehearsing, I'm going to start working on my many "Pinterest" projects that have been building up on my boards! I'm also ready to dive into wedding planning too!

First, however, I've got to clean and organize my so-called craft room before I can start the creative process! Stay tuned!
